To Submit a cutout, please post on the appropriate Division of the player you are cutting out.
Please when making a cutout, don't add any effects to the cutout, just leave it.
If you are a requester and you see a Cut Out you think might be neat, post the link to the picture on the post, and a graphic artist will get to it ASAP.
How to get a cutout to work in Photoshop; Most designers know this, but to get a cutout to work you must click on the cutout then once it goes to it's link, download the picture as a .png file.
